At Amethyst Goddess, we want you to feel empowered and confident in your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All garments must be in their original, unworn condition with all mystical tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items securely in their original packaging, ensuring the invoice is included and the package is sealed to protect your fashion treasures during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
